Worked today on The Onceler's Thneed Factory as well as some other small projects.
Quick update:
As with all of the buildings, the first step in building the Thneed Factory was to install the subfoundation. This was done many weeks ago.
In the next step I used the subfoundation as a template for the foundation. In this case, a large industrial tower was already in place. I added the tower to the new foundation of the factory complex at the start of construction.
I used a Life Like Supply House kit for the building's primary structure. Construction has just started on this portion of the factory.
To match up with the raised roadbed of the siding the foundation will also need to be raised before adding the loading docks.
The finished factory will include a hopper for the trufula treetops to be dumped into, a small loading dock for finished thneeds to be trucked out, and some additional extensions/additions to the building to make it "one of a kind".
This will include a lot of piping and ductwork connecting the various parts of the building to each other - and to the big industrial tower at the back of the property.
People, forklifts, trufula tree tops in the hopper and dump trucks & general clutter will complete the scene.

- I added a short length of profile board underneath the north end of the distillery.
- I added some more gravel and bushes to the north end of the layout.
- Added the rooftop Exotic Dancers mural - it also drapes down the top 1/3 of the side of the building - at the Forbidden Door.
