South End Update

Some quick notes to serve as a progress check on construction of the south end of the layout:

1. Northlake Tavern is 100% complete.
2. Onceler's Thneeds is about 40% complete.  Still need to add a second factory building, outbuildings, a chemical tank and the piping/ducts connecting it all.  After that I'll add the loading docks, some freight and forklifts, people and final paint/weathering/signs.
3. Fire Department HQ is about 60% complete.  Left to build: an extension to the front of the building, a new facade, new apparatus bay doors, final paint and signage. Also have several fire engines that need to be detailed.
4. The Passenger Station is about 75% complete.  Left to build: passenger platform roofs and the clocktower - along with superdetailing with benches, carts, signs, people and freight.
5. Grain Elevator complex is 0% complete.  
6. HWP Slaughterhouse is 75% complete.  Building is roughed in but needs to be detailed and then superdetailed.  Also need to rework the front of it for the 5 hot wheels food trucks.  The profile board will also be extended into part of the ramp to rooftop parking.
7. The Bar Block is about 80% complete.  Decks need to be detailed, the Church of the Subgenius needs a small extension to the front of the building, and paint/signs need to be completed.
